I just purchased a brand new MacBook Pro M4 Pro Chip & upon use in Lightroom Classic, I find that my CR2 files are no longer compatible with the software. What is the fix to this, if any? I was able to denoise my files no problem prior to.

Explain. Exactly what do you see that indicates "incompatible"? If there is an error message, please tell us the exact unedited complete error message.
What camera (make and model) took these photos? What version NUMBER of Lightroom Classic are you using?

Denoise doesn't work with some types of Canon files. If these are not full resolution RAW files, usually called sRaw and mRaw, LrC AI Denoise doesn't work on those. https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/denoise-doesn-t-like-my-files/td-p/1373...

I've been using denoise for the last year and a half with the same camera. Not sure why all of a sudden it's not working

Not sure about your issue. I use a Canon and CR2 files, and don't have an issue with Denoise, so your CR2 files should be compatible!
