Thanks Adobe once again for releasing another POS update. Time to leave this ecosystem and move to OnOne.

 

If I sound pissed....I am

 

Don't understand WHY you keep releasing POS update versions.

There are many reasons for crashes on Windows.

 

If you DO want to troubleshoot, and not just rant where no-one can help you, then have a look through the Windows Event Viewer for clues to the crashing.
