$$$/CRaw/Error/Unknown=There was an unknown error. (1)

Community Beginner ,

Hi all, I hope someone can help.  Since the upgrade to V13, I have been getting the below error when I try to export an edited photo.  I've tried on earlier photos, and ones imported since upgrade, and issue with them all.

Unedited photos export fine.

I just updated to V13.0.1 and still have the issue.

$$$/CRaw/Error/Unknown=There was an unknown error. (1)

Hoping someone can advise!  Not sure if I need to completely change my export settings, but I'm exporting to JPEG, with Adobe RGB (1998) as I usually do.

I agree that turning off the early access feature of lens blur let me export the photo. Not idea, but lets me continue.

Mine seems to have fixed itself.  I tried going back to V12, but then it wasnt working at all...  so back to V13, and tried again yesterday, and it now exports fine.  I hope yours will do the same.

I solved the same problem when exporting equilateral 360 images edited in this way: I exported in DNG format, in this way the develop settings were also exported, then I opened the DNGs in LR (not LRc) and exported JPEG without that error

Is there still no real fix to this?
I understand that they just rolled out the update and there's gonna be bugs, but when you have to restart LR multiple times just to export some photos it definitely is frustrating. Hope there's some sort of fix out there I haven't read about yet or they're going to be tossing out a fix pretty soon

Doesnt seem to be.  The answer to me was that my computer is too old...  luckily I had already ordered a new one but not exactly an ideal solution.  I've rolled back to V12.5 for the meantime.  No issues now.

I'm having the same problem But when I go back to version 12.5 or any other version before 13, the catalog does not open, saying it is not supported in this version, how did you do?

I chose an older catalogue.  But it did mean I lost about 3 weeks photos.  Still had the RAW files so re-imported.

Hi,

I have recently encountered the same error, turns out it was the Blur feature blocking the export. As soon as I turned that off, it exported fine.

As a secondary effort I did adjust my slider and then was able to export again.

I found this thread after having the same problem. I've got a NVIDIA graphics card and toggling  the "Use graphics card for export" option off in the prefrences allowed me to export with the blur still applied.

Therefore, I imagine that, at least for me,  it's a graphics card driver/Lightroom Classic issue.
