Custom camera profiles missing from Profile Browser

I regularly make custom camera profiles (.dcp) with a third party software and use them in Develop presets. These profiles always appear in the Profile Browser grouped under a "Profiles" drop down menu. On 2 separate computers, running different versions of LR Classic but logged in as same user, all of the custom profiles that had been loaded and available for use have all gone "missing" from LR. The .dcp files have not been moved or deleted, they still reside in the proper folder location on the computers but LR seems unable to see them. And the "Profiles" drop down menu has completely disappeared from the Profile Browser and from the "Manage Profiles" menu.
I have tried "Importing" the profiles again but get the message that they have already been imported. I tried removing all of the dcp files from the ApplicationSupport--> Adobe --> CameraRaw --> CameraProfiles folder and then Importing them again thru LR Profile Browser, nothing works. I've restarted the computer multiple times and LR and Camera Raw apps are all up to date.
Computer 1 is MacBook Pro M1 Max running OS 12.2 and LR Classic 11.1
Computer 2 is Mac Pro Intel running OS 10.15.7 and LR Classic 9.1
Thanks for any assistance.

My custom DCP profiles are that folder you speak of:
/Users/~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles
Can't hurt, try resetting your Lightroom preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html
Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
Gotta ask: you're selecting a raw of which you have a specific camera profile?

Thank you for the suggestion but it did not fix the issue.
The same problem has also now occured on a third computer in our studio. I tried to work on a PC running Windows Enterprise 10 and at first LR seemed to be working fine, but then I created a new dcp file, placed in the proper folder on the PC and when I restarted LR the Profiles drop down disappeared and all of the profiles are "missing" from LR.

To build on Andrew's reply, all your symptoms point to the following: You're editing a raw file to which you've assigned the profile EOSR5_24 105_WestcottLED_360_DCSG, but the raw's camera model is different than the camera model for the installed .dcp profile of that name (presumably an EOS R5).
Quickly triple-check by editing that raw in Develop and typing "i" once or twice to see the raw's camera in the info overlay.
In detail: .dcp profiles are specific to the camera model for which they were built. If you edit a raw from a different camera model, only .dcp profiles for that model will show up in the profile browser, and if there are no such profiles, the Profiles section will be missing entirely from the browser and from Manage Profiles.
Further, if you assign a .dcp profile for one camera model to a raw made from another camera model, the Basic panel will show the name of the profile and "Profile missing":
You can get a profile for one camera assigned to a raw from another camera a couple ways:
- You create a preset with Treatment & Profile from a raw from one camera and apply it to a raw from another.
- You Copy/Sync Settings with Treatment & Profile selected, from a raw from one camera to a raw from another.
If this doesn't explain what you're observing, then as a next step, upload the offending raw and .dcp profile to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar, and post the sharing link here.

Curious if you see the profiles in Camera Raw.

I honestly don't know if this is your specific issue but I was searching for an answer to my problem and found a fix for me.
I had recently reinstalled lightroom classic and did not see camera profiles when I clicked on the drop down menu.
After poking around I found that the profiles were there when I clicked the drop down and then "browse"
I could select them indiviually but they where not all showing in the drop down until I went back to browse and favorited each one by clicking the star next to the profile to the right when you hover your cursor in that area.
I hope this helps someone.
