Datenstruktur Jahr/Monat/Tag Fehler

Community Beginner ,
Oct 27, 2025 Oct 27, 2025

Hi @frankr60412859, welcome to the community!
Could you share a few more details about the issue, like which version of Lightroom Classic you’re using? If you can include a screenshot, that would really help us take a closer look.
If the month and year are no longer showing, try going to the Library view and using the Filter bar to set the view to show photos by month and year.
Thanks so much!
Alek

Hy Alek,
Thanks for your answer,

As you can see, there is no information about the number of pictures stored in the year and month file but in the day file they are listed.
The lightroom version is 14.5.1.

Thanks,
for your help

Frank

Did you re-import your images?

Did you accidentally open the wrong catalog file?

Do you have stored your images on an external hard drive? If yes, is it correctly connected and available under the same name as used on import in LR?

As I understand you correct the images are stored on an external drive.

Do you tried a restart of Lightroom and/or your Mac?

Do you tried to reconnect the drive?

Another try can be the resetting of the preferences of Lightroom.

How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html

Do you see the images in Finder?

Please post a screenshot were we can see the issue.
