Standardeinstellungen: Ich finde Adobe kräftig + Objektiv + Rauschunterdrückung:

Ich finde aber auch ein eigenes Preset Farbe: kräftig

Das Ergebnis ist unterschiedlich.

Ebenso: Schärfung Preset Stark ergibt rechts einen Wert von 40

Das Preset Stark+ ergibt rechts einen Wert von 75.

Ich habe andere solche "Paare" nicht ausprobiert, empfinde diese Terminologie aber verwirrend.

Verwirrend.  Wär4e eine Vereinheitlichung nicht zweckmäßig?

Well as default sharpening in Lightroom is 40, using + to mean more in a name would indicate more of the expected effect. Being a Sharpening preset, 75 doesn't seem unreasonable for this.

Du kannst Dir eigene Presets anlegen und die dann benennen wie du willlst.

Wenn dir die vorgegebenen Namen nicht zusagen wäre das wohl der Beste weg.

Des geht nicht um die Namen, sondern um die "Wirkung": Haben  die 2 Schalter  "kräftig" dieselbe Wirkung?

Auch "Schärfen  stark" kommt 2 x vor, ja, auch als stark+. Letzteres ist klar...

Du kannst den Unterschied lediglich herausfinden, indem du beachtest, welche Regler und wie stark diese verändert werden.

Eine weitere Beschreibung zu den von Adobe mitgelieferten Presets gibt es leider nicht.
