Delete objects in LR or PS

After updating PS and LR ,deleting an object do not does his job anymore.It REPLACE things I like to delete.

Can I fix this?

I assume you are talking about Generative Remove? Make sure you select everything that belongs to the object, including its shadow and its reflection if any. If you leave anything, then Lightroom will try to match the shadow with something new.
