Deleting a Profile Group makes it impossible to re-import

I downloaded a preset pack. I installed it and some of the files contain both a Development Preset, as well as a Development Profile in the same file.

When I delete the presets from the sidebar, I can re-import them without issue.

However, as soon as I delete the Profile Group that contains the profile contained in the same file, I can no longer import that file, or any other file that has the same Profile Group assigned to it.

The first time I try to re-import the file, I don't get an error message, but neither does the preset show up in the Preset Browser, nor is the profile added to the Profile Manager. I also checked the hidden presets/profiles.

When I try again, Lightroom says the profile is already installed. And indeed, the file is added to the "Imported Settings" folder (within ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw), but Lightroom can no longer read the file.

Restarting LR or my computer during any of these steps does not help either. I simply can no longer import presets once I delete the Profile Group.

OS: macOS Sonoma 14.2.1

M1 Max Macbook Pro

Lightroom Classic 13.1

CameraRaw 16.1
