deleting duplicates from duplicate collection

I have a large archive on Lightroom Classic, and it contains many duplicated.  I downloaded the plugin Teekeselchen, and it identifies duplicates in a Duplicate smart collection.  How do I delete rejected photos from this collection?   I would like to delete them from Lightroom and also from the hard drive.  thanks

While in Smart Collection you select the file(s) that you want to delete. To delete file from disk on a Mac hold you can use the Cmd+Option+Shift+Delete key combination.

Or, you can mark photos 'rejected' with the [X] key, select rejected photos, then press [Backspace] key and [Delete from Disk]
