Dell XPS 13 Screen Brightness Dims in Lightroom Full Screen Mode (F) – No Solutions Found

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Lightroom Classic  on my Dell XPS 13  9320 i7-1260P 32 GB 1 TB UHD+, running Windows 10. When I enter Full Screen mode (by pressing the "F" key), the screen brightness dims significantly. This issue does not occur in other applications or in Lightroom’s normal windowed mode.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far without success:

1. Disabled automatic brightness adjustments in Windows settings and power management.

2. Turned off HDR mode in Windows display settings.

3. Updated my graphics drivers (Intel) to the latest version.

4. Reset Lightroom preferences by holding Shift while launching the application.

5. Checked for BIOS/UEFI updates for my Dell XPS 13 and installed the latest version

6. Disabled any dynamic brightness or contrast settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does Adobe have any recommendations for resolving it? Thank you in advance for your help!

Piotr
