Denoise Problem in 14.3.1

New Here ,
Jun 10, 2025 Jun 10, 2025

I installed LrC 14.3.1 yesterday and the Denoise function will not work on any .dng files. It worked perfectly in 13.4 for hundreds of images. A "There was an Unknown Error" message appears. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions? I'm working on an iMac running Sequoia 15.4.1.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

Unfortunately, there have been many, many reports about Denoise "Uknown error", most of which don't have posted solutions or workarounds. The few that do don't apply here, e.g. out-of-date graphics drivers. It's unfortunate that LR doesn't log more details about the "unknown" error -- it has those details but the programmers weren't motivated to record them.

Thank you for giving this your attention. Much appreciated. Unfortunate that there doesn't appear to be any posted solution or workarounds since Denoise is an indispensable tool, IMO. Especially frustrating since Raw Details and Super Resolution both are working just fine in 14.3.1.
