merci

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom Classic, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

You can try reinstalling the app to check if that makes a difference. If the issue persists, try optimizing the preferences of Lightroom Classic using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3I9xDhC

Let us know if it makes a difference!
Thanks,
Nikunj

Hello since the last update of lightroom, I am experiencing a lot of overheating and slowness problems that I did not have before

This is a (partial) failure of your computer's cooling system. Please check your cooling system to make sure it is working properly. Make sure all fans are running properly. If possible, open the case and vaccuum out all dust. Also make sure the air vents in the case are vaccuumed out. Make sure that the vents are not blocked by furniture or walls.

Your slowness could be due to the computer "throttling" — deliberately slowing performance to prevent overheating and computer shutting down. It is a common problem in laptops, but also can happen in desktop computers.

If you are using a laptop, also please consider the suggestions here https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/65523199
