Display problem after update to version 13.3

Hi, 

The white bar at the top of Lightroom covers the commands and menu:

Check with the manufacturer that you use the latest GPU drivers.

Problem solved, however it wasn't problem with a GPU drivers, but some problem with display Lightroom window in the monitor. When I switch to the laptop desktop, the white bar disappear.
