Contact Customer Care (adobe.com)

Click on Support in the top line, and then click on "Contact Us", and then you can initiate a chat with someone from Adobe. They will only support current products. If you are using an older version they will not help you. If your question is about how to use LrC or Lightroom, perhaps someone here can help you.

I've call several times but no one will help me. There must be people that can help but Adobe will not let me know who they are. Who can I call for help? The adobe customer service is always a bad connection. The people answering have very heavy accents and they dont understand me either. I'm willing to pay an instructor, but they wont tell me how to contact one.
