I'm trying to open a catalog that my boss transferred to me, and this is the first time I've gotten this error message in the attached image. I'm not quite sure why this is popping up. I have the most recent version of Lightroom Classic and am working on Windows 10, 64-bit. It's an .lrcat file. Any ideas?

What is the exact full path of the .lrcat file you're trying to open?  E.g. something like c:\users \ellis\pictures\my catalog\my catalog.lrcat.  That error message indicates that the number of characters in that path is likely very large (e.g. more than 150).
