Edit Book Module Photo Text Presets?

I created titles for my photos in the Book Module using Title Metadata.  I applied the Title preset, made some changes (centering text, making it smaller) and all was going well.  Then I decided I wanted another change (italicized text) but have not been able to figure out how to update the preset.  Now sometimes it shows my preset for a given title as "Title (edited)" and it's not applying the italics to each Photo Text cell.  I got on grid view, went to Edit>Select All Photo Cells but there is nowhere to change my font size or style as per the screenshot below.  How can I make universal edits to my titles?  Thank you.

Try-

1) Edit > All TEXT Cells

2) In the Type Panel- Set the font to 'Italic'

Notes: LrC may have problems with some Fonts not allowing 'Italics'. If this is the case try changing the font also.

Your pages that are Text only, you may want to change back to a 'Regular' font by selecting individually.

Another Hint:  Make a Duplicate Copy of your Saved Book Collection for the purpose of experimentation, then return to your Book 'original' when you have the worked out the method.
