This is a user to user forum where users like yourself offer advice. Please provide enough info, about your computer operating system, what version of Lightroom are you using, what version of Photoshop and other reverent info.

Was this working for you before? Did it stop after an update to your computer OS or Lightroom?

Check to insure LR 2015 and ACR Plugin in PS CC are in sync, both should show ACR 9.8
