My presets are not working?  my account is active...Please advise.

It´s important to verify that the account is correctly logged.

Usually the presets are not loaded when the account is not correct, there may be a decrease in the internet bandwidth at the moment of login.

It is very difficult for presets not to be charged if we login on well.

If the problem continues, it´s so important to leave the account and start again.

Are these 3rd party presets or Lr presets? Have you recently updated Lr? In Preferences > Presets  do you have the box checked for Store Presets with this Catalog?

Yes they are LR presets, no I haven't recently. Not sure about box checked. I will verify.
