Enrollment in Photography Plan not being recognized. Being asked to sign up for a trial.

I'm enrolled in the Photography Plan. But I'm being asked to sign up for a trial and get kicked off when I don't.  What's up.

Hi,

You may have signed in with the wrong Adobe ID. The one you used to sign in to this forum shows a subscription to Acrobat but not the Photography plan.

Thanks Rick. I tried to sign in with my ch...........os@gmail.com which I
use for the Photography Plan but I keep being bounced to ch......he@gmail.
Not sure what to do next.

Don't get bounced! Manually enter the correct email and password (from your password manager). You DO have a password manager, right? OVERWRITE what pops up (which may be incorrect-the reasons are too many to go into!)
