Entrauschen mit KI funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo!

Bei der KI unterstützten Funkion "Entrauschen" bekomme ich immer einen unbekannten Fehler angezeigt.

LC startet die Funktion, links oben wird ein Fortschritt angezeigt, bis etwas 90% und dann wird ein Fenster mit einem Fehler geöffnet. Kann es sein, dass der Fehler beim erstellen des zweiten Bildes (DNG Kopie) passiert? Das Raw Bild liegt auf einer ext. HDD und kommt ursprünglich unkomprimiert von einer Nikon D850. (RAW).

The usual cause is that your GPU (graphics card) is not powerful enough, or you have an old/incorrect/corrupted driver. What exact brand and model GPU is in your computer? What is the driver version NUMBER?

Macs do not come with separate GPU drivers. The drivers are part of MacOS and so they have no driver number. That does not mean that the GPU cannot be too old, of course.

Your computer has no dedicated GPU, but an integrated GPU in the Intel chip with only 1.5 GB memory. I think that is not enough.

Indeed, Lightroom Classic requires at least 2 GB:

Please post your LrC 'System Info'. This can be obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item as shown in the attached screenshot.

Note that System Info provides all the info already requested plus more that's useful when trying to establish a reason for LrC not working as expected.
