Hi,
Printing from Lightroom classic with a brand new Epson P900 and the prints are all washed out--lacking color and contrast.
Just replaced a working Epson R2400 which printed fine. Same settings as on the old machine, color managed, paper profiles all good. Color managed by Lightroom, printing at High quality and Max quality all the same washed out look. I'm missing something in my new setup.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks

Are you using Mac or PC? Exact versions of LrC and the operating system?

From time to time, there are reports of printing issues with Mac and Epson. I am a PC user with excellent results with my P800.
I will leave it to the Mac users to advise on your P900 issue.

There are some threads here reporting similar problems. In more recent versions of macOS, it looks like one way a problem can happen behind your back if is color management in the Epson printer driver software has switched from Epson to ColorSync, even if you are sure you switched it to Epson so that No Color Management could be selected. Sometimes it seems to switch back. You might try the workaround posted by johnrellis in another thread here:

My color sync is grayed out as I think it should be. Color matching box is showing Epson Colop Controls. And I am able to select No Color Management.
