ERROR AL ABRIR CATÁLOGO

Ayuda por favor! Abrir de un modo incorrecto un archivo. Di clic en crear catálogo y como me abrió los archivos de la computadora y no me dejaba seleccionar más de uno, elegí una imagen en RAW y la abri. El programa colapsó y se ha quedado abriédolo. Me dice que el archivo está corrupto y que tomará un tiempo repararlo. Ya desinstalé varias veces tanto el LRC como el Creative Cloud. También borré el archivo del catálogo de la compuadora, pero cuando lo vuelvo a instalar, vuelve a quedarse atorado en el mismo problema. ¿Qué pódría hacer?

Are you saying you choose New Catalog, and then selected a photo? If so, that will never work. What is the exact word-for-word error message?

Yes 😞 It says "catalog xxx is corrupt. You must wait until it is repaired". Then a message appears saying that the program is trying to open and that's it.
