I checked my updates and drivers and all seem in good shape. No missing patches or outdated drivers. No web traffic restriction. I tried reinstalling the app but still facing the same crash and error. Any help on how to fix the issue would apreciated.

Thanks,

You seem to be using LrC 6.4 on Windows 8.

Please try updating to the latest version available for LrC 6: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/lightroom-6-end-of-support.html

As far as I know there's no Lightroom version that officially runs with Windows 8.x.

Try to update your machine to Windows 10 an your Lightroom version to 6.14 and check again.

to add ... very well possible. I don't have any old system requirements around.

Anyhow, I never understood anybody using - and staying on - W8.x, specially not W8.0.
