Error when I am trying to open the catalog that Received

I have an unexpected error when I am trying to open the catalog. I deleted the file "current" but it doesn't help. Please advice

What happened if you try to open Lightroom with an new catalog?

Press and hold the Alt key (Option key on a Mac), then launch Lightroom. Keep the Option key pressed until a dialog appears with the option to create a new catalog.
