Error when trying to use AI generative removal tool on Lightroom CC

Today I signed up for the Photography plan, downloaded and installed Lightroom CC, but, when i try to use generative AI tool, following error are shown.
"Generative removal failure. We have encountered a problem and cannot complete your request at this time. Try again later"
I wait for some time, check internet connection, and are ok, but, message still showing, i've tried to reinstall app, but unsuccessfully.
