Export customization issues

I've been using Lightroom Classic for years, but I recently got a new computer and I'm trying to update my apps. One thing I really struggle with is adjusting to the new Export layout. I'm used to customizing my exports - specifically, customizing the file name (different structure of original photo date - name - etc) and limiting file size.

While these are fields in the new Lightroom exports, it's very, very limiting. Does anyone know how to revert to the old options? Thank you.

Nothing has changed in the Export dialog!

What do you see as different?

Ability to 'Batch' select multiple Export presets was added maybe 2 years ago. Otherwise all is the same as it has been almost forever.
