Export Video 'option' not highlighted??

Trying to export a saved slideshow, but 'Export Video' option is not highlighted?? (only Export PDF option highlighted)

To be able to help, we need to know the exact version (numbers, not "latest" or alike) of your Lightroom Classic as well as your OS.

... works on my end with LrC 11 on Win10.
