Algúem me sabe dizer porquê?

Obrigado.

"When I export photos, metadata such as the capture time, for example, does not appear in any application or program. Only in adobe programs like bridge."

Which particular programs are you using to examine capture time? Details are important.

Note that the Date Created in Mac Finder is not the same as the EXIF capture date.   The Finder's Date Created is when the file was created on the computer (e.g. the date/time of export).  Whereas the EXIF capture date is is stored in the photo's metadata and is only displayed by programs that can read EXIF metadata (e.g. Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom).  Finder displays the EXIF capture date in the Preview pane as "Content created".
