Hi everyone,
I just bought a new portable SSD to take along with my macbook when i travel.
If i am only going to be using it with my macbook (and my mac studio) when i get back home.
Is formatting the portable SSD APFS the way to go?

Yes, if both computers are Macs, then APFS is the best formatting.
