Guten Tag
Und was tut Adobe? Nichts!

Hey, @dominikh4801863. Sorry for the frustration with Lightroom Classic. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Please share the system info of Lightroom Classic from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > Upload and share with us here.
Most of the errors you've mentioned sound like a permission issue with Lightroom causing difficulty in accessing, reading & writing files on your computer. Try these troubleshooting steps:
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi Sameer
Thanks for your support, but it is not the issue I addressed in this complaint (and it is really not only a comment in a help section, but thanks anyway, that somebody now take some concerns. In the meanwhile I have seen a lot of videos and I am not a complete newbie, I have worked with LR for several years know). All these things I already fixed. See also here:

The actual problems are the ones with folder managment, mostly importing pictures from one external HD to another (reorganizing and cleaning catalogs and folders due to a new Mac). I cannot see all my folders in LR (left side), although they are in the finder and correctly imported to the lightroom folder. If I open such a folder, the content (other folders) also have missing folders. So, all the folder managment system on the left side below "catalog" and above "collections" has missing data. Closing LR has no effect. I cannot move pictures in a wrong folder to the correct folder, because I cannot see/choose this folder.
Cheers Dominik

If files and folders are already in Lightroom and not showing, there are a number of reasons:
You've applied a filter on folders by accident at the top of the Folders panel. Could be as simple as 1 letter being in the search box.
When you imported, a different folder to normal was accidentally set in the Destination panel. I've had this happen where a whole month of imports with a day/month/year folder ended up inside a random date from a misclick in Destination.
Synchronize Folder won't work while an import is already happening.

Many thanks, Sean! I think I have found the reason for missing folders. I thought, that folders should be automatically updates, when I import pictures via LR and not do a copy the folder by dragging it in the finder and synchronize the folder later in LR. What kind of procedure would be the better way, though? There are quite a lot of folders to copy, so the finder way seems to be easier for me.
Cheers Dominik

You're correct, Lightroom doesn't automatically update folders, except for a watched folder that you can designate. It's a database program so information must be added to it to be accessible. Bridge isn't a database and will access anything you browse through it.
For Lightroom Classic and Finder, you can just drag folders onto the Lightroom Classic icon to start an Import with that folder ready to Import. Just make sure that the Add option is selected, not Copy or Move.
