File Export File Size

Hello everyone, 

I'm haveing an issue that I've never experieced before. I'm trying to export my edited image for web use and I would like to get the file down to around 500kb. I set the limit in my export options but it keeps exporting at a file size of 3.5 mb.  I have pasted my settings below. 

It only does this to my edited raw. I can export the raw with no edits with the desired limits. I'm not sure what the difference is. The file is flattened in both instances. 

*SIDE NOTE
I am working with virtual copy and I ran a simple test and created a new virtual copy from the unedited RAW and then exported from the unedited VC and the Unedited Raw and the unedited VC still exported at a larger file (600kb) the CR2 file exported under 500kb. So is there something to Virtual copies adding more data to a file?

I did another test to see if I can just paste my setting from my edited virtual copy to my original unedited raw but and still got an export that was 3.5 mb. 

Any ideas?

In the export dialog under Metadata, change Include line  to "Copyright Only".  You can choose the others EXCEPT for "All Metadata" which will include the Camera Raw data which is all your edits and can be megabytes all by theirself but Copyright Only lets the file be as small as possible with only image data.

Fixed me right up. Thanks so much! I was on support with Adobe for an hour and a half and they could not figure it out. They were going to have me go down to a previous version because they couldn't get it worked out. They connected to my computer and exported themselves. You're a life saver. Thanks so much!!
