I apologize if this is a duplicate post- however I don't see my first on posted.

I have been working on some once in a lifetime photo files (that I stupidly did not back up correctly) for the past several months with no problems.  Using LRC v 11.

I went to open them the other day and recieved the above message.  I see several older post about this issue but nothing current.

Can anyone help give me a solution or am I just out of luck.

Desperate!

Most likely the photo is damaged. Unsupported usually means raws from a camera that your LrC cannot work with.

Restore the photos from your backups.

Problem is I don't have a backup (my stupid error)

As I mentioned in my post - I have opened and closed these files many times
in LRC - this came out of the blue

I have no other suggestions if you have no backup.
