Hi,

I am having some problem with the file size.

Once exported to Jpeg from Ligthroom, no matter what I do, the file size from the original imported and edited on Lightroom it will be always 7/8 megabite.

I import from Sony A7RIII 42mp ARW file.

This is driving me nut 🙂

Could Someone help me to understad what to do or what setting are wrong even during the import maybe?

Thank you

Marcello

What are you trying to do? What have you tried? What results do you expect to see?

In general, looking at the megabytes of an exported JPG is a waste of time, as the megabytes of an exported JPG do not indicate quality of the exported image.

So please also tell us why you are looking at file size.

First see: http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/jpeg-quality

The settings of you select play a role but so does image content so YMMV even with the same settings

Next, as outlined, looking at the megabytes of an exported JPEG is a waste of time.
