files don't open at lossless

hello...i have at my own the SONY ILCE-1 but its not possible to open my files so i cant work in (L.M.S)lossless files!what can i do for that?

What software are you using? What is the version NUMBER? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".
