I've tried googling every permutation of this problem and can't seem to find any help for it. I'm attempting to import from a new Seagate One Touch 5 TB external drive onto a Mac.Screen Shot 2021-09-05 at 11.41.34 PM.png Lightroom is giving me a "no photos found" message when I go to import photos (see the screenshot.) The photos are on the drive and are accessible via Finder. This happens with multiple ports on the Mac, and photos from my other external drive and hard drive show up. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?
