Please explain in more detail-

What is "L 2 classic 2022"?

What is "LR directory w11"?

What "Directory appears empty"?

Do the images appear in the [All Photographs] list in the Catalog panel?

What is the 'Destination' folder set for your file Imports?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.2 Photoshop 26.3, ACR 17.2, Lightroom 8.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.2, .

Click on "All Photographs", right click on the desired photo and then select "Go to Folder in Library". Do the photos in that show? Does the correct folder get highlighted in the Folder Panel on the left?

Thanks for comment.

I can click in either of the directories shown on attachment using LR 11.2, and both show the same parent directory. As Catalogs are not repairable I am worried about progressing any imports with Develop.

Lr classic 2022 photo imports OK but directory content blank in selected location. with W11 explorer the files are in the selected location but not LR. see attachment LR 2022 fault import 2022-02-16.

D:\Murray\Pictures\AA Import\AA IPhone 2022-2-16 x ed x exp is the selected catalog folder

when importing the files from external usb are indicated and placed in D:\AA Import\AA IPhone 2022-2-16 x ed x exp, the imported files show up in this directory.

The folder inside the Pictures folder inside D:\Murray\Pictures\AA Import\AA IPhone 2022-2-16 x ed x exp is totally empty.

All imported files are in the correct folder D:\Murray\Pictures\AA Import\AA IPhone 2022-2-16 x ed x exp and visible when viewed in W11 explorer. I contacted support Case ADB-23275726-C7J6 and was thought to be reolved but has recurred.

I had a similar issue where it told me there were twice as many images in the folder than there actually were (i.e. there were 62 images in the folder but in lightroom it told me there were 124.)

Maybe not quite the same issue as you but the fix for me was to test the integrity of the catalogue before opening it up.

Holding the Option (Mac) | Control (Win) key when launching Lightroom will display the “Select Catalog” dialog box

Select your catalogue and also check the 'Test integrity of this catalogue' option and see if it gives you any different results.

Always worth as well after this, right clicking the folder in lightroom and choosing to 'Syncronise Folder' to make sure it's refreshed with the images in that folder.
