Filialdatei XMP nicht mehr sichtbar

Hallo,

ich habe gerade gemerkt, dass seit November 2021 die Filialdatei XMP nicht mehr sichtbar ist. In den Kataloeinstellungen ist aber der Haken gesetzt bei "Änderungen automatisch in XMP speichern". An den Katalogeinstellungen habe ich in den letzten zwei Jahren nichts geändert. Was kann die Ursache sein?

Ich nutze LR 12.5 auf Mac Studio mit M1Max.

You will only see xmp sidecar files for raw image files from digital cameras, for other file types DND, Tiff, Jpeg, png etc the xmp metadata will be stored in the file header of the image file.

Thank you for your comment. I have noticed the effect with photos taken with Canon 5D MkIV or Canon GX1X, from which I always copy the raw format. The surprising thing for me is that for shots from the year 2011 to 2021-11-04 the XMP file is visible. For all shots from 2021-11-07 on, the XMP file is missing. I don't remember changing anything in the catalog settings. When I edit new or older photos with LrC, I don't notice any difference if the XMP file is visible.
Is there a possibility to create the XMP sidecar files afterwards from the catalog data?
