Sometimes I can't upload to Flickr from Lightroom classic.
What I tried nut did not help:
Latest version which is Lightroom 13.5
Authenticating my account again

And finally restating the PC, and then attempting to upload two times, first time it did not work, then it worked the second time.
There's isn't a issue with Flickr, as I can upload to flickr.
Any ideas what it can be? the issue seems to be with LIghtroom.

I dodn't know why it works now, nor why it didn't work and why rebooting and trying two times made it work, or if that actually helped, or if something else solved it.

"here's isn't a issue with Flickr, as I can upload to flickr."

It's likely a Flickr issue. As you can see searching the LR and Flickr forums, over the years Flickr has hiccuped now and then with intermittent bogus errors that go away after a few hours or days. This particular error message has resurfaced a few times:

https://www.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/72157647059658014

https://flickr.com/groups/1418686@N25/discuss/72157628026317903/

https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/export-from-external-drive/m-p/11538742...

Some of the users report that both the Adobe and Friedl Flickr plugins experienced the errors, further pointing at Flickr itself.

That you can upload to Flickr via a browser isn't dispositive, since that uses a different code path than a plugin uploading via the Flickr API.

Forgot to mention that Flickr upload from my catalog via the Adobe plugin is currently working.

Mine too, but I find it trange, Flickr support did not tell me if there is an issue on their end.

Maybe it is a Flickr issue.

I see they have a Twitter page, but it's been dead since 2019.

But I found this: https://status.flickr.net/history

But there's nothing about this issue, but they had other issues, maybe this somehow is related.

''

This incident has been resolved.
Aug 29, 11:26 - 12:24 PDT''
Maybe flickr was down or partially down during the fix.

Flickr support wrote it could have been caused by the issues they were having:
''Thank you for contacting Flickr Support! I’m Johami, and I’ll be assisting you while my colleague is away.

The Flickr Status page displays the times when our servers experienced issues that could have affected our members. All of these incidents were resolved within a few hours at the latest. This might have contributed to some of the challenges you encountered. However, it’s likely that other factors also played a role in the difficulties you faced over several days.''
