Freezing and Crashing after updating

I just updated Lightroom and photoshop and now my computer keeps freezing and crashing which has never happened? Anyone else?

1. Actual Adobe program

 

Why are you refering to LR CC? Adobe no longer sells LR CC.

 

I could assume you are talking about Lightroom Ecosystem (Cloud-Based), or Lightroom Classic, and not old v6, but that assumption has failed before.

 

So, what exact Adobe program?

 

2. What Operating System? Apparently one from Apple. What version?

@blues drummer You can reinstall LrC V104 from the Creative Cloud app. In the apps list, click on the three dots at the right end of the LrC line to pick an earlier version. Switching horses in midstream is never a good idea when your software is mission critical.

We've reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe or Apple?

Mine is freezing when the "welcome to Lightroom classic" dialog box showing the masking update appears, it freezes my whole system and ctrl alt del won't even work
