For real, what is the deal. I am running an i7 with 64GB of RAM. I turned off the GPU support and this thing still runs like crap!
More money, less stable product, WTF?
Can I pull the catalogs from Classic back in to LR6?

What version of Lightroom Classic are you using? There was just a Lightroom Classic update to V10.2 that fixed a lot of issues for some users.
No, the catalogs from V10.x cannot be used with V6.x.

If freezes when editing. Then "catches up" works a little bit and freezes again. I saw some articles on this, that is why I turned off the GPU support. I will try the new release and see if that helps. Thank you.

I downloaded the new 10.2 Classic. The freezing has gone away, YAY! Now, i get strange color shifts on my second monitor. Again, totally new issue, works fine in everything else. So, did they put more effort in to the product when it was getting burned to a CD? (I have used LR4, 5 and 6, this is by far the buggiest) Is it just a post it up and fix it later process now with the Subscription? Are we paying to be beta testers?

Check to make sure your graphic card drivers are up to date

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
