HI, Do you mean you  paid for a subscription and cannot get the Adobe Creatrive Cloud Application?

Did you download the Adobe Creative CLoud Application? Not sure I understand your question.

You can install the Creative Cloud Desktop app or log into Creative Cloud online. You can manage your subscription from this Adobe CC login page. Download and install Creative Cloud
