Do you hane installed the latest Studio version of the graphic driver.
NVIDIA Studio Driver 591.74 | Windows 11
If thisdoesn't help try a clean reinstallation of the driver. First unisntall the old driver by using the DDU tool.
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) 18.1.4.0 Download | TechPowerUp
Then reinstall the NVidia driver.
Check if you have buldin a CPU with an internal graphic processor. If yes, try to disable the processor internal graphic card. This internal GPU can sometimes caused several issues. Open the Windows Device Manager, right-click the card's name and choose Disable.
See here: Troubleshoot GPU issues | Lightroom Classic and check each step.
If this all doesn't help, provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

BTW: I've seen that your catalog is stored on OneDrive. This isn't recommended. That can caused several issues and catalog corruptions.
You should move your catalog and the related files to a folder on your internal hard drive which isn't sync with Onedrive. You can also set OneDrive to ignore the folders that contain the Lightroom catalog and related files to sync with OneDrive. I don't have much experience with OneDrive (I use it very rudimentary only) and I don't know how to do it. But I'm sure your favorite internet search engine can find the instructions.

Hey @MAamot,
Can you share your system information again? Weirdly, I can't see your graphics card listed in the initial Info you shared. Go to Help > System Info. Copy any paste everything into a text file and attach to your response.
