Graphics Display Issue in current (v11.4) Lightroom classic after recent Adobe updates

Nvidia RTX3080ti  Driver v 516.40

Rendering pixellated whether GPU acceleration switched on or off.  Graphics display slower than previously (noticeably so).  Happened after recent large updates.  Something not quite right.

Print preview shows deteriorated pixellated version of image being edited.  This may have been the case previously but was visually undetectable so something not right.
