Heal Tool not working properly after update to Lightroom Classic 11.3

Ever since I upgraded to Lightroom Classic 11.3 on my MacOS (Monterey v 12.2) the Heal Tool in the Develop Module doesn't work.  Instead, it acts like the Clone Tool.  Very weird.  Anyone else have this problem?

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
