Hello,

Wondering if there is a way to see/have a histogram of a newly selected area (like in photoshop curves/leves) that way when editing a black and white image for dudge and burn we can manage the amount of black or white, tonality where are adding without having to trust on the monitor?

Thanks in advanced,

You probably want to post in the Lightroom (Ecosystem) forum. This is the Lightroom Classic forum, and you're not using Lightroom Classic.

The histogram is the entire image (or what is actually cropped), in Melissa RGB (variant of ProPhoto RGB) or, whatever color space you may setup in soft proof.

when editing in photoshop with adjustment layers, curves or levels, you get a histogram  of the masked area, that is very helpfull before printing. wondering if that was available yet with all these new improvements in Lightroom classsic.
