How can I access Lightroom Classic photos on my iMac using Apple TV on the same network?

I don't want my photos in the cloud; i just want to be able to view them in the Lightroom app on my Apple TV.

This can only be done by syncing collections to the cloud. Those collections will be available in the Lightroom app on your AppleTV after syncing to the cloud. It cannot be done without the cloud. You can get images onto your AppleTV without going through the clouds when using other apps to display them but not using Lightroom.
