How can I create a folder or move my favorite brushes to the top

I have many brushes in LR Classic and my most used ones are all over the place.  Can I move the fav's to the top or create a folder for them so I don't have to scroll to find them each time.

rename them with AA_ +name  - They list alphabetically so this will put them at the top
