Can someone please help me and do a screen share? I accidentally created a new catalogue and I had close to 30 sessions I am supposed to be submitting today on there and now all of my images are gone. What do I do?

Your catalog is not gone. Your photos are not gone.
Open Lightroomc Classic and select File->Open Recent, and then select each catalog shown there until you find the catalog you want.
