How to disable Lightroom Classic Sync?

I synced several times my lightroom classic collections to Creative Cloud and it works fine. But I always synced one new collection. After syncing three or four collections with round about 6000 pictures the sync started but never ends...

It´s always the same sync status:

So nothing happens for two weeks. Now I deactivated the sync of the collections and deleted all of my files in lightroom.adobe.com, but the sync is always on...

How do i get rid of this now? I tried to reset the preferences, but it doesn't work.

Also the button "Rebuild data for synchronization" did nothing.

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

Many thanks

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Which verison of Lightroom Classic are you working with? Have you tried updating it to version 11.1 and see if it helps?

Regards,
Sahil
