how to download, install and buy lightroom classic?

I try to find out how to buy Lightroom Classic, not the "cloud" version. Cant find it. Only the pay per month thing. Where is it? Thanks for any help

Adobe doesn't sell perpetual licenses anymore. The software is only sold on a subscription basis.

Lightroom Classic runs on your local computer, not in the "cloud". There is no such thing as a "cloud" version of Lightroom Classic. (You can optionally share photos in the "cloud" from Lightroom Classic, but you don't ever have to turn this on)

The only version of Lightroom Classic you can purchase is by subscription.
